Check fuel pressure?

Video from a few months back, pressure gets high enough when pump kicks on, bounces around a little bit while trying to start, and stays high for at least several hours.

Might want to repeat that test since it's been sitting around for a couple months...
Gauge is still plumbed in! Haven't watched needle motion while cranking, but pressure does still get up there and stay up there
Update:
Checked (via bypassing ASD relay and using multimeter to short pins of PCM plugs to battery negative) that all 4 injectors fire, and that both sides of spark plug coil fire. Also replaced CMP and checked gap, though I think I need to get one of those wire spark plug gap gauges to have a better time measuring that gap.
Still didn't have any good success or real difference when trying to start engine.
Anyone think this is signs of bad PCM?

Have you verified the timing belt hasn’t jumped?
How do I verify this? Belt looks ok to me under the cover, but there is a lot of dust/rust/debris there, which I'm not sure if that's normal.

Check FSM. It has the procedure.
Btw, the timing belt is much worse than it seems to replace.
@Pascal25 i can test your pcm in my Jeep if you’d like to sen it into us. They are notorious for failing on 05-06 TJ’s.
When you had it running, how was the idle? Did it stall out when hot?
You can call me to discuss in future detail if you would like. 866-888-7710.
PS
Michigan went from the mitten state to the smitten state since Whitmer took over.

Jumped timing belt. Classic. When it's done let me know.
Haven't actually verified if jumped or not yet, but it sure was a pain getting it to as pictured. Think I'm going to have to undo that final screw holding the bottom plastic cover on using some pliers through the back.
Tomorrow I'll clean up some up the dust and crud on everything in there and actually check the timing
I think what I’m gonna do is disconnect that sensor on Monday (under the oil filter) and find out what it is. I’m almost positive that’s your issue. Id do it today because I’m off in a couple hours but it’s wet from the storms last night.Same position of that indicator after rotating clockwise twice around, and then still same after the third rotation.
Can this improper timing belt tension cause a no-start condition?
Worth it to go buy a new belt and tensioner? Think I'm also going to send the PCM off to @Wranglerfix at this point to try to rule that out.
Running out of credible ideas for how to get this thing to run...
