I installed a Dana 30 HP on my TJ about a year ago. The install included new ball joints, new Johnny joint control arms U&L, new JJ track bar, 1 ton steering and sleeved & gusseted U&L. At first everything was fine, but now, I have what feels like the beginning of death would and tires are wearing faster on the out of the tire but perfect from mid tire in.
