Auto trans adapter but as Rickyd said you might have to have the trans rebuilt. And from my experience even if it's OK I'd still have it rebuilt

For the auto trans, whats in that kit is all that is needed?
Looks like $1200 to run the manual trans, and $500 the auto, unless there is other things the auto trans will need..?
adapter to the Jeep 23 spline New Process transfer case is 3.00 in length. And the overall length of the transmission and adapter is 24.875”.
Will get on the phone with novak and advance to figure out the cost difference between the gm auto vs the jeep manual.
Going with the gm trans will allow me to build this on the side while using the jeep until am ready to pull the jeep drive train. Space is limited. So will see.
Anyone running the bellhousing clutch kit for the AX15 from Quick Draw Brand? The price seems reasonable and from what am reading, it allows to run clutch parts found in auto part stores.
I am and its WAY better than the Novak. But I for some reason did not get instructions in mine and apparently sid not have the throwout fork adjusted right the first time and had to drop the trans after a few months. Once it was setup right, everything was way better than I thought it could be.
Here is some info on LS swapping that may help. I still need to write up the part about wiring.

Started by stripping the 5.3L, clean it and replaced all the gasket. I decided to retain the AX15 transmission and will go with the Quick Draw brand bellhousing kit.

This is pretty close to my list that I'm about to pull the trigger on. Difference is that I'm using the 4L60 instead of the manual. I'm deleting everything that I can as far as the engine goes. Below is what you can remove depending on what you're deleting according to what your local laws will allow.
#3 isn't needed unless you're going to upgrade the fan.
#10 or #11 can be removed depending on if you have cruise or not.
#14, #15, #16. depending on if you want to keep the EVAP and EGR.
#19-29, more of a question since i'm not a manual guy. Are all of these absolutely necessary? Are some of these rebuild parts or needed for the conversion?
#31 I know you're going to have it open to perform the SLE, but how many miles/usage are on the tcase? Does it really need a nearly $300 refresh? I'd look the Tcase up and see if there are a few common high fail parts and just replace those, if any.
Where are you getting those pins from? Below is what I will be following to make my harness

Those aren't pins, you numbered the list from Novak. I was referring to the order from and your original question of what is not needed.
