Not quite. It’s the same internals, but the tail shaft is different. TJ uses a sensor and reluctor ring off the tail shaft for VSS. They eliminated that in the JK because they use the wheel speed sensor for vehicle speed.

So…if you have a blown up TJ 241 case, a JK one could possibly work, as long as the shaft and little housing on the back are good
