Duckless

....this thread has to be a joke or troll?

Are you making light of a man's duckless situation? That'd be like making fun of a man's ED before viagra was created. Don't blame a man for a problem outside of his control.

This is a support (Jeep) group... No negative energy allowed! We support the duckless.

For the record, I have never been ducked in Long Island, NY either!

I got ducked for the first time last week. It hurt but I dealt with it appropriately...

I was ducked a few years ago in Lake George. I immediately put together a makeshift noose and hung said duck from my passenger visor.
I believe due to this “dead duck” I have not been ducked again.
If the OP really wants a duck he should trade in the TJ for JK, JL or one of them there Gladdy things
😉

OK I get it now... Since it is plainly apparent that TJ 's are getting ducked there can be only one reason why I don't have a duck to proudly display. Owners of JK's and JL's are stealing them from my Jeep! That is why they have so many on their dash. Mine is a TJ after all, a attractor of admaration where ever one is seen. The unscrupulous amoung them must wait until I'm either distracted, safely out of site or my back is turned. Probably send their kids to do the fowl deed while they sit and pretend there is nothing nefarious taking place. I'll keep an eye out... 🥸

I got a duck for the first time earlier this year, perks of keeping an OEM looking jeep. Turns out the dog LOVES rubber ducks so hard to complain.

Now that I'm gonna have a metalcloak bumper I bet they're gonna come in full force 🤢

I saw a guy that was living his best jeep life today....

He had a two door JK on 33’s with the little plastic flat fenders

He had a skeleton giving the jeep wave on the spare

His doors were off

His leg was hanging out

He had enough ducks on the dash to give enough buoyancy to raise the titanic

Sometimes when I’m driving my jeep I like to see other jeep owners. Today I was glad I’m in my pick up. That way you don’t feel forced to associate.

at least it was a two door...

I have to admit I did like him a little bit for that

I’m slightly offended. My wife is on her second JKU. Put 180k on her Orange 2013 Sahara. That thing saw Miami to Buffalo out to St Louis and many more places. Her 2018 Sahara just turned ~94k. Time to do some major service. We started with Cherokees and had an ‘11 Liberty for a bit but missing the Cherokee led her to the JKU. I think it’s the periscope effect driving an XJ or JKU that she loves.
That said she’s never been ducked and she is quite proud of that. Let it be clear the Jeep is bone stock with only a fuzzy steering wheel cover in cold months and a “Life is Good” Daisy tire cover.
She likes it. I drive it on road trips. It’ll stay stock unless I lower it. Wife has MS so she doesn’t want to climb in to her DD.

Ok ok. I’m not really offended. I still won’t acknowledge a Gladiator in my TJ, but she does in the JKU.

Oh, and don’t mind the camera screen

It’s not the JK, jl or Jt that bothers me- It is the fact that he was a grown man with a dash full of ducks.
