You're absolutely right. Then sleeping in a tent for a week in the desert doesn't work all of a sudden

. I have to say though, on the last two days the wind picked up where I was camping (BFE nowhere) and on the last night I stayed with @NashvilleTJ and his brother. Thank God. I was wind-blown and exhausted. I could barely see out my eyes for the red dust caked in them.

Part of the reason June is better IMO. Warmer weather. But we had a pretty crazy windstorm one day after the trail.

I think it's like 80$ in gas for me. It's annoying
The part that makes June the time to go for me is the 30mins on the highway on the way to the trail at 7am, half doors, no sides on the soft top
Well if things work out for me this year I'll be there for the June trip. Hopefully with the Jeep & the motorhome. I'll have to let Basket lead me since I'm a newb again...
